How do I run my first audit?
From your dashboard, click "Add Business" and enter your website URL. The AI diagnostic runs automatically and takes 2-5 minutes.
What do the audit scores mean?
Each category is scored 0-100. Scores below 50 indicate significant gaps in how AI systems perceive your business. The Diagnosis tab breaks down exactly what was found.
How do I get more audit credits?
Go to Subscription & Billing from the sidebar menu. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits.
Can I re-run an audit after making changes?
Yes. Navigate to the business from your dashboard and click "Re-audit". Each re-audit uses one credit.
What is the Authority Profile?
Your Authority Profile tracks how AI systems (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity) see your business over time. It updates with each audit.
How do I export or share my audit report?
On any audit report page, use the "Export PDF" button in the top-right corner. You can share the PDF with your team or web developer.
What does "AI visibility" mean?
AI visibility measures whether AI assistants can find, understand, and recommend your business when users ask relevant questions. Low visibility means AI systems don't know you exist.
